All Aboard The Birthday Express

The boys birthday party was so much fun! We played at the park, ate yummy cupcakes and hot dogs and rode the train at Trinity Park. I think all of the kids had a good time. The weather was nice (a little hot by the end) but luckily no rain and it was a bright sunny day! We had the party early so that it wouldn't be too hot and because it worked out perfect with Hudson's nap schedule! We had a great crowd of all of our close friends and family. We are so blessed to have such a great group of friends. I love these kiddos and I am so glad they all came to celebrate with the boys! Hudson ate two cupcakes, never stopped running the whole party. He crashed out in the car before we even got on the highway! Nolan helped me unpack the car and go through all of the presents and kept asking if he could give different items to different friends - it was funny how he just knew how much Grayson would love the Thomas the Train Game or that Seth sure would like the Monster Truck set. I thought it was sweet how he wanted to share his presents with others. Guess maybe we are doing something right! Nolan and Hudson truly had a great day!!

There was one very funny passenger who got on the train at the second depot that cracked us up. It was this total 80's rocker guy and his 80's rocker girlfriend. Real strange to see them taking a ride on the train. Sara said "hey look there's Nikki Sixx" (from Motley Crew) and seriously it looked just like him. He is in a couple of the pictures below...please double click them to get a good look! Hilarious!!
