There was a random little carnival off I-20 this weekend that we spotted on Sunday. We decided to stop in and check it out. Nolan being his analytical little self was not about the rides at all! He said "Mom, did you know that these people don't even have to go to school to learn how to operate these rides?!?" and "They (meaning the rides) all look a little old." It was really funny - Nolan only rode one ride and the pictures says it all...
Hudson on the other hand had no problems what so ever riding rides of all kinds. He was all about the scary ones and never even had that moment of panic set in. I think it's going to be rough when he's a teenager. He has no fear!!
After the rides they played a dart game and both won a prize!
And it wouldn't be a full carnival experience without having funnel cake...
