Grayson's 4th Birthday Party

Stevi and Jamey threw Grayson a "painting" party for his 4th b-day. They had planned to have it at their house in the backyard but since the weather turned yucky they moved it to the little rec center by our house. The boys painted piggy banks, pet rocks, had their faces painted and decorated cookies. They even had a big pig cut out of ply-wood for everyone to paint. Pigs are grayson's favorite right now because he LOVES Wilbur from Charolette's Webb. All the other kids were just painting the pig but Nolan decided to paint "Bakeon" (bacon) on the pig! Of course I would have the child that instead of viewing the pig as this sweet little animal - he just thinks food. It was hilarious and sad all at the same time, he also painted "oink" on his leg so maybe he was just thinking of things that kinda went with a pig? I don't know, but it was funny! The party was a big hit and I think all the kids had a lot of fun. Grayson is so sweet and such a big kid - it makes me sad to think he's already four!
